 * ITILv4 Certification (preferred)

## Description

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Operations Administrator is responsible for optimizing and coordinating IT operations within the organization. This role involves overseeing inventory control, problem-solving, quality control, and ensuring efficient communication both internally and externally. The IT Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining a seamless workflow within the IT department.
General Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 * Maintain and enforce adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures within the IT department.
 * Monitor, manage, and optimize IT inventory, including hardware, software, and related assets. Maintain accurate records and work to prevent overstock or shortages.
 * Act as a point of contact for end-user support, ensuring devices are prepared and maintained.
 * Support and collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations.
 * Review work for quality and accuracy, ensuring that IT solutions and services meet the organization's standards.
 * Support various hardware including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and network equipment.
 * Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned.
