Day to day, this person serves as the operational lead for the clients Microsoft 365 environment, supporting more than 14,000 employees globally. They spend their time troubleshooting complex user and platform issues that have been escalated beyond the Help Desk, monitoring the health and performance of Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot, and ensuring governance processes are being followed. They review new Microsoft features and service updates, assess potential impacts to the business, manage licensing and platform administration activities, and coordinate with IT leaders on recommendations and next steps. In addition, they document processes and create knowledge articles to improve support efficiency, while also contributing to strategic initiatives such as AI/Claude adoption, collaboration platform enhancements, governance improvements, and other enterprise technology projects. This role is hybrid 2-3 days in the office and must be local to Chicago, Detroit, Tampa, Seattle, or Housten.
