* Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system., * This is an 100% Onsite.
 * 84 months experience leading the technical aspects for applications utilizing N-Tier architecture.
 * 84 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures and triggers.
 * 48 months experience interfacing PowerBuilder applications with VB.Net systems.
 * 48 months experience developing applications utilizing Web Services or WCF.
 * 60 months experience directing/managing the technical development of web enabled PowerBuilder applications.
 * Bachelor's Degree

## Description

* Work in coordination with a team of developers to write the new Child Care Assistance system in .netcore.
 * Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design.
 * Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.
 * Perform complex VB.Net coding.
 * Assist with responding to CCAA data requests.
 * The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Technical Lead, Project Manager & Software Architect.
 * Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL.
