Compass Integrated Services National Operations Colorado Title Team is seeking a dedicated Title Examiner to join the Colorado Title Team in order to support our Colorado brands. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced title examiner., * Colorado Title Producers License.

 * Proficiency in understanding underwriter rate manuals to apply appropriate rates.
 * Knowledge of Colorado Statutes and Title Insurance Regulations.
 * Proven experience in refinance and purchase title examination production and title customer service.
 * Experience searching title plants, county websites and other record searching platforms for title searches., * Familiarity with Qualia production system and SKLD / Title Data plants and searching processes.
 * Comprehensive understanding of title endorsements and their application.
 * Ability to adapt to change.
