## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics
 * Four (4) years of Operational experience supporting mission critical production systems in an Enterprise-level Azure cloud environment
 * Expert-level knowledge of Citrix related infrastructure including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Federated Authentication Service/FAS, and Cloud Connectors
 * Solid understanding of core IT concepts such as load-balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML / Single Sign-On, and Entra Id
 * Four (4) years experience administering MS Windows Server systems, Certificate Services, MS Active Directory, and Group Policy
 * Exceptional troubleshooting skills, methodology, and experience with Azure Log Analytics
 * A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and issue ownership
 * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

 * IT Certifications such as Citrix, Microsoft Azure
 * Experience with PowerShell scripting

## Description

* Collaborate with Saas Operations and Engineering teams to provide Citrix infrastructure support for our large and complex base of global clients.
 * Assist in resolving priority incidents to quickly eliminate impacts, participate in root-cause analysis, and support subsequent corrective and preventative actions.
 * Assist with onboarding of clients, including environment provisioning, customer connectivity, service and identity integration, and security configuration.
 * Ensure highest levels of service availability through resilient design, monitoring, and automation with strong focus on continuous improvement.
 * Define and maintain reference architecture and documentation for our Citrix environments in Azure
 * Own Disaster Recovery strategy and validation processes.
 * Collaborate with Operations teams to streamline support and troubleshooting processes.
