AGENCY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Possesses strong leadership skills with the knowledge and understanding of where the organization is headed and how to make a contribution * Demonstrated competency in integrating technology to make organizational improvements * Demonstrated experience working with research projects and transportation planning. * Demonstrated experience working with Highway Performance Monitoring System and relevant federal reporting standards. * Knowledge of and experience working with the project delivery process (PDP) and transportation data's roll in that process. * Experience working with legal issues associated with transportation data and asset information. * Demonstrated experience leading teams through change management and delivering innovative solutions.
