Senior Level

 * Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical systems protocols

Midlevel

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
 * Demonstrated ability to draft technical systems documentation and follow established SOPs., * PMP certification or a related field.
 * Experience with Navy or Army tactical systems.
 * Knowledge of MIL-STD cybersecurity and information assurance protocols within a regional context

## Description

* Plans and directs the daily analytical tasks associated with improving computer systems and operational data processing.
 * Monitor system performance metrics, identify technical bottlenecks, and recommend architectural changes to enhance organizational efficiency.
 * Implement standardized systems testing procedures and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination.
 * Manages the execution of systems analysis and integration tasks for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.
 * Evaluate regional systems requirements to prioritize infrastructure upgrades and ensure network reliability for high-impact mission sets.
 * Lead the coordination of Technical Teams to resolve complex software and hardware interface issues affecting theaterwide training operations.
 * Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
