Fleet delivers products and solutions that help customers manage fuel and other business spending, and we are investing in better operational workflows, customer-facing support experiences, and integrated service management capabilities. This role will focus on designing and delivering ServiceNow capabilities across Customer Service Management, service operations, onboarding, customer issue management, and API-based integrations with source-of-truth systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, delivery-focused, and comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle in an agile scrum environment., The ServiceNow Engineer / Developer will be part of a small team that will partner directly with product and operations to build scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve internal operations and customer support experiences for the Fleet business.
