Media Domain experience ## Description Highly analytical and operationally focused NOC Observability Specialist responsible for designing, building, and maintaining meaningful operational dashboards across platforms including New Relic, Conviva, Mux, and Orion. This role will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, SRE teams, and Operations teams to transform telemetry, monitoring, and platform data into actionable operational intelligence. The ideal candidate must understand how to represent ecosystem health, customer experience, platform reliability, incident trends, streaming quality, infrastructure stability, and business-impacting KPIs through clear and operationally relevant dashboards. This is not a passive monitoring role.
