## About the Role

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

 - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
 - 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
 - 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience
 - 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
 - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
 - Experience programming with at least one software programming language, 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

## Description

Build and maintain automation for network onboarding workflows that serve thousands of fulfillment centers globally

 - Develop features for our primary onboarding and connectivity management platform that enable same-day, frictionless onboarding experiences
 - Design scalable backend systems and APIs that integrate with Amazon's network infrastructure
 - Partner with cross-functional teams including security, network engineering, and deployment teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
 - Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability of critical onboarding systems
 - Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive testing and documentation

A day in the life
Your morning starts with code reviews and a quick check on business and system metrics. You'll partner with product managers and UX designers to shape the best experience for your features, then dive into system architecture discussions for services running in AWS. After lunch, you're writing Kotlin and TypeScript - with AI-assisted tooling accelerating your workflow. You'll push code through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines into production. When things go well, the team celebrates. When they don't, automated rollbacks handle it gracefully while you investigate.
