## About the Role

7+ years of relevant healthcare IT, EHR, analytics, or BI experience.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with Epic reporting/data environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, Radar, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer experience/certification.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced EHR Business Intelligence Analyst to support a complex healthcare technology initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Epic reporting technologies, SQL, healthcare data, and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
Develop healthcare reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries.
Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Work with Epic data/reporting tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito.
Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support data validation, testing, and reporting improvements.
Collaborate with technical, business, and healthcare stakeholders.
