The Hartford's Global Specialty IT team is seeking a Senior Scrum master. We are looking for a talented professional with a track record of being a servant leader for SCRUM teams. Our ideal candidate will leverage deep Agile expertise and skills to deliver both invest and maintenance projects within the Data & Analytics Value stream., * Strong knowledge and experience working with Agile reports/Metrics. * Experience working with PO in backlog grooming/refinements. * Experience in participating in Program increment(PI Planning). * Experience in Estimation and Story pointing. * Experience in Team Planning- Capacity/velocity. * Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict. * Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams. * Ability to adapt to a changing environment. * Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction. * Scrum Master certification. Preferred Skills: * Knowledge on Data assets including Snowflake, SQL Server, Tableau,or similar data assets. * Property & Casualty insurance industry experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
