The Solutions Analyst does not need to be a software engineer to be successful in this role, but it does require a good understanding of SaaS, enterprise IT landscape, REST APIs, and SQL. Creativity, with the ability to understand and dissect existing manual business processes and transform them into automated workflows, is also necessary for success. The Solutions Analyst is a customer-facing, consultative role responsible for translating business needs into scalable, well-designed solutions, and then bringing them to life. This role sits at the intersection of process analysis, technology and public sector delivery, collaborating closely with project managers and customer subject matter experts to ensure delivered projects delight customer stakeholders and their constituents. The Solutions Analyst will report to the Vice President of Professional Services.
