In this role, you will coordinate and manage the execution of client-facing IT projects - from onboardings and infrastructure rollouts to software deployments and technology migrations. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines are met, stakeholders are informed, and deliverables are completed to a high standard. This position is a strong fit for someone coming out of a Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Coordinator role who is ready to take the next step into formal project management within a technical environment. You do not need to be deeply technical, but you should be comfortable working alongside engineers and translating project status into clear, business-friendly communication for clients.
