Technical Skills: * Experience with Tier 1 desktop support. * Proficiency in troubleshooting network topology and connectivity. * Knowledge of account access management in Active Directory and MFA systems like Duo. * Familiarity with both Microsoft and Mac operating systems. * Experience with AV systems, including Crestron controls. Preferred Qualifications * A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is preferred. * Certifications related to end-user computing support such as Microsoft, A+, Apple, or Avixa-CTS are desirable. ## Description This position serves as the primary contact for providing technical assistance and managing technology resources. The role involves resolving on-site technical support requests and collaborating with IT Department personnel for guidance on more complex network and system-related problems.
