* 5+ years of embedded software development experience
 * 5+ years of recent RTOS experience - QNX, FreeRTOS, SafeRTOS, TI/BIOS, or uC/OS
 * 5+ years of hands-on embedded C++ experience
 * 1+ year of experience in a safety-critical environment - Medical Devices or Aerospace
 * 1+ year of experience with Board Support Packages (BSP)
 * Experience with 32-bit microprocessors
 * Experience with full-cycle embedded software development
 * Proficiency in C and C++
 * Experience with Embedded Linux and multithreaded programming
 * Knowledge of SPI, I2C, and UART communication protocols
