What You will Need: Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency. Must have experience working in data centers, telco, IT operations, or related technical field. Any server, OS, Network, or data center certification (including in-progress) are a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be a professional, accurate, urgent and provide quality. Ability to work alone or in teams with minimal instruction. ## Description Experienced Cable Technician with expertise in decommissioning, installing, and troubleshooting network cabling infrastructure in data center environments. Skilled in working with Cat5/Cat6 cabling, fiber optics, patch panels, and test equipment including VFL, OTDR, power meters, and Fluke Versiv 5000. Proficient in interpreting blueprints, redlines, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and quality processes. Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, provide project updates, maintain data center cleanliness, and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions in fast-paced technical environments. What You will Do: Decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement. Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders. Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices. Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
