 * Strong Workday security administration experience.
 * Advanced Workday reporting and analytics experience.
 * Experience with HRIS audits, testing, implementations, and projects.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

Seeking an experienced Sr. HRIS Manager Workday HCM to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday HCM. This role will serve as a Workday SME and partner closely with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and business stakeholders., * Lead Workday HCM configuration, optimization, testing, and support.

 * Manage Workday security, permissions, data governance, and audit processes.
 * Design and configure end-to-end Workday business processes.
 * Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics.
 * Lead HRIS projects including planning, testing, training, and implementation.
 * Gather requirements and recommend HR technology solutions.
 * Troubleshoot HRIS issues and drive process improvements.
 * Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and business teams.
 * Mentor team members and support multiple projects simultaneously.
