Preferred Qualifications * Insurance industry experience desired * Possess and have ability to apply broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures. * Excellent written and verbal communications skills. * Familiarity with document generation platforms such as SmartComm, or similar solutions preferred. * Basic understanding of API's, system integrations, JSON data structures, or software configuration concepts is a plus. * Strong organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) ## Description ***The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States and resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Troy, Michigan, to support a hybrid schedule. *** As a Systems Analyst for Public Risk Group, you will support the Product Management team in enhancing the Policy Administration platform and SmartCOMM document generation solution. Working alongside experienced Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams, you will help deliver new capabilities that improve business processes, streamline document generation, and enhance the user experience. You will collaborate with underwriting, operations, and technology teams to gather business requirements, document product enhancements, and support the design, testing, and implementation of new functionality. A significant focus of this role will be the creation, maintenance, and integration of SmartCOMM insurance documents and correspondence within our Policy Administration platform.
