Roles & Responsibilities * Lead migration efforts from on-prem AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service. * Design and implement AEM templates, components, and OSGi services. * Develop HTL templates, Sling Models, custom OSGi configurations, servlets, and schedulers. * Design omnichannel and headless content delivery using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments and GraphQL. * Configure Cloud Manager pipelines and GitHub or BitBucket to Cloud Manager repository synchronization. * Optimize AEM Dispatcher and CDN configurations for performance and reliability. * Integrate AEM with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. * Support enterprise DAM implementations and integrations with AEM Sites. * Establish AI-assisted development workflows and the best practices for the team.
