Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively to deliver reliable and secure IT services., * Great Communication and customer service skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player. * Experience supporting Microsoft environment, both on-prem and cloud. * Experience troubleshooting issue locally and remotely. * Experience with VLAN, VoIP, switches, routers, and VPN. * Experience with RDP is required, Parallels RAS is a plus. * Experience with Defender for end point, Intune, and other security EDR, XDR is a plus. * Knowledge of SQL, BI or AI platform is a plus., * Associates degree or higher, preferably in IT. * Prefer 2 years experience in IT support. * Professional IT certifications (such as Microsoft or Comptia) are a plus. Physical & Environmental Requirements: * Ability to read screens, labels, and diagrams * Ability to lift and carry equipment such as computers, monitors, printers, typically between 25-50 lbs * Ability to work for long periods in a sitting position * Comfortable working in tight or confined spaces (e.g., under desks, server racks) The IT Technician must be physically capable of lifting and installing equipment, working in tight and varied positions, performing precise hand work, and sustaining both movement and desk-based tasks throughout the day. As required by the Americans with Disabilities Act reasonable accommodations may be made to qualified applicants and/or employees to perform essential job functions. ## Description Description: The IT Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and maintaining the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This role supports co owners with hardware and software issues, manages user accounts, and ensures the reliable operation of network, server, and cloud environments.
