## About the Role

Do you have experience in Cross-functional communication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The Analytics Engineer will play a key role in supporting commercial performance across the organization. This individual will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management, and Category Management to develop data-driven insights, enhance sales execution, and support pricing strategies across multiple customer channels. The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

 * Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing, sales analytics, commercial strategy, marketing, or a related discipline.
 * Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
 * Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Vistex, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Excel).
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
 * Proven ability to drive change through data, insights, and structured problem-solving., * Experience in medical products, medical devices, or related healthcare industries.
 * Knowledge of medical/surgical distribution channels and the GPO landscape.

## Description

* Support the development and execution of pricing and sales effectiveness strategies across Direct Customers, GPOs, Distributors, and alternate channels.
 * Analyze customer, product, market, and channel data to identify trends, sales opportunities, and performance gaps.
 * Develop standardized reports, tools, and dashboards that improve visibility into pricing and sales performance.
 * Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to internal stakeholders.
 * Support creation and maintenance of pricing playbooks, discount structures, compliance frameworks, and related governance processes.
 * Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment of pricing, sales programs, and commercial execution.
