## Description

The Network Operations Center ( NOC ) Engineer monitors and controls large network systems from a central location, focusing on network/system troubleshooting, alarm response, and issue resolution. This is a 100% on-site position requiring strict adherence to SLAs.

Role and Responsibilities:

 * Monitor network and server systems and respond to alerts.
 * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document network/system issues.
 * Manage incident reports and perform hardware/software checks.
 * Collaborate with vendors/carriers to resolve issues.
 * Use network management tools to track performance and traffic statistics., Summary: The NOC Engineer role requires monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining large network systems, ensuring SLA compliance, and collaborating with vendors. Strong technical skills, certifications, and adaptability to shifting schedules are key.
