Level II * Previous tower climbing or telecommunications infrastructure experience. * Experience installing microwave equipment, antennas, or transmission systems preferred. * Ability to read construction drawings and follow installation standards. * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Level III * Extensive experience installing and commissioning microwave backhaul systems. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong understanding of carrier standards, RF systems, and quality requirements. * Experience mentoring junior technicians. While the following certifications and experience are beneficial, they are not required.
