An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection., * Associate's degree or college coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred * An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered EXPERIENCE: * Three to five years of application development experience * Exposure to Business Intelligence or reporting tools is preferred SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Proficiency in .NET development, C#, and at least one SQL dialect * Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, DAX and related tools * Working knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts, data models, and data warehouses * Ability to write and optimize SQL queries * Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with users and stakeholders at all levels * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and document work throughout the software development lifecycle * Commitment to developing more advanced full-stack and Business Intelligence capabilities over time PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is primarily sedentary and requires extended period of sitting. The employee may occasionally stand, move between work areas, and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds. ## Description SUMMARY: The Full Stack Developer develops and maintains applications across the front-end, back-end, and database layers using both hand-written code and modern generative AI tools. This mid-level role also supports the Business Intelligence function through Power BI dashboards, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data integration work.
