This unique opportunity offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to play a key role in one of the Northeast's leading funeral service organizations as we continue to expand through acquisition and partnership., * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis * Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is preferred * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional teams * Ability to travel throughout the Northeast up to 75% ## Description The Finance Integration Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the financial integration of newly acquired funeral homes, cemeteries, and related businesses. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and Integration teams, you'll coordinate financial integration activities, assist with system transitions, standardize reporting processes, and help ensure each acquisition is successfully incorporated into Milestone's financial systems and operational framework. This is a full-time, remote opportunity based in the Northeast with travel of up to 75% required to support onsite integration activities throughout our growing organization.
