## About the Role

* Fluency in Mandarin and English required; excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
 * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
 * Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, event planning, and community engagement, specifically targeting Chinese-speaking audiences.
 * Proven experience and skills in video production, including filming, editing, and publishing professional-quality video content for social media.
 * Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (WeChat, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book), content optimization strategies, and growth tactics.
 * Strong proficiency in content creation tools and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
 * Demonstrated ability to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, community outreach initiatives, and event planning and coordination.
 * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with minimal supervision., * Content creation: 3 years (Preferred)
 * Social media marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

## Description

Job Purpose: Wave Plastic Surgery is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist focused on Chinese marketing to elevate our brand presence and engagement within local and national Chinese-speaking communities. This role heavily emphasizes WeChat marketing, influencer collaboration, and content creation-including video production and editing for various social media platforms., * Strategically manage and grow our WeChat official accounts, including creating engaging articles, optimizing content, and attracting new subscribers.

 * Plan, film, edit, and produce engaging video content tailored for platforms such as WeChat, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Little Red Book.
 * Develop, execute, and manage influencer marketing programs, including research, outreach, collaboration management, performance tracking, and optimization.
 * Identify, build, and nurture partnerships with Chinese community groups and local influencers to amplify brand visibility and drive new customer acquisition.
 * Collaborate closely with the Chinese Marketing Manager and broader marketing team on national campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business and branding objectives.
 * Regularly monitor and analyze competitor strategies and performance on social media and digital platforms, providing weekly insights and recommendations.
 * Maintain and update promotional content on platforms like ChineseinLA and various social media accounts.
 * Develop and implement PPC campaigns and Google Ads landing pages tailored specifically for the Chinese-speaking market.
 * Organize and translate comprehensive treatment and procedure introductions for digital platforms, especially for WeChat mini-program.
 * Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of community events and promotional activities.
