They enjoy working directly with customers, solving complex technical challenges, and helping organizations maximize their Microsoft 365 investments. ## Description We are seeking a talented Microsoft 365 Engineer II to join our growing team and support a diverse client base throughout the DMV region. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with experience designing, implementing, securing, and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Microsoft Teams, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor responsible for both proactive project work and day-to-day operational support. This position combines remote administration with onsite client engagements and requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
