This position helps end users resolve issues, remove viruses, restore files, support cell phone issues and other resolve other basic IT end user issues., * Respond in a timely manner to all helpdesk tickets for Danbury/Brazil/Canada and mobile sales. Assist end users with all basic IT related issues. Escalate as necessary if unable to resolve to other team members. * Provide software support to end users including installation, laptop configuration, virus problems, malware removal etc. * Provide hardware support as well as basic troubleshooting tasks to ensure users hardware is effective in allowing them to perform their job duties. * Use Empirum software distribution application to roll out computers as well as software. * Work closely with key production personnel tasked with supporting production equipment. Assist with IT related needs including help with workstations and network connectivity. * Understand different VLAN network segments in the Danbury office and ensure equipment is tied to the correct network.
