## Description

Insight Global is looking for a Jr. Technical Analyst to join their team for a 3-month contract opportunity. This candidate will be responsible for supporting a large-scale desktop modernization initiative involving the migration of more than 900 pharmacists from traditional PC workstations to a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) thin client environment. This individual will provide phone-based technical support, guiding end users through the process of connecting to the network, accessing their virtual desktops, and transitioning to the new workstation experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, and comfortable following established processes and documentation. This role will utilize a comprehensive deployment guide and work closely with pharmacists and technical teams to ensure a smooth migration experience., * Provide phone-based technical support to pharmacists during thin client migration activities.

 * Guide end users through the process of transitioning from a traditional PC environment to a VDI/thin client environment.
 * Assist users with connecting thin clients to the network and validating connectivity.
 * Walk users through login procedures and desktop access using established deployment procedures.
 * Follow a detailed deployment playbook and troubleshooting documentation to ensure a consistent support experience.
 * Verify successful connections to virtual desktops and required applications.
 * Troubleshoot basic hardware, network connectivity, login, and configuration issues.
