 * Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, user support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Platform and ERP tools.
 * Ability to lead system migrations, integration of new business units, and transition planning from current to future state.
 * Experience working in cross-functional teams including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
 * Familiarity with data governance, management practices, and business process optimization.
 * Strong communication and leadership skills to manage partners and drive adoption of new technologies.
 * Experience in testing, requirements gathering, and impact analysis for enterprise applications.
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment solving complex business challenges.
 * Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in the IT industry supporting business applications preferred. Work experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
