Team ZAK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Management Assistant to support the collection, organization, maintenance, and reporting of company data. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across departments., Data Entry & Maintenance

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems.

Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Perform routine data audits and corrections as needed.

Maintain organized digital filing systems.

Data Quality & Reporting

Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity standards.

Generate routine reports and dashboards for internal teams.

Compile and analyze data to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.

System & Process Support

Support the implementation and maintenance of data management systems.

Assist with data migration, cleanup, and validation projects.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs.

Compliance & Confidentiality

Ensure data handling complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
