## About the Role

* Certifications: Certified Architect (looking for the Architect Certification)
 * Shown growth in platform of service now up to architect level (minimum 57+ years servicenow)
 * Extremely technical: Scripting ideal (typical JavaScript language doesn't matter, they'll have the aptitude)
 * ITSM completely run IT dept off of ITSM
 * Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
 * Demonstrable ability to work independently, with a focus on best practice architectural design and analytical problemsolving and critical thinking.
 * Familiarity with system/software engineering lifecycle principles, including requirements analysis, functional and technical solutions development, and application support.
 * Experience working with large datasets, performing data analysis/modeling, and contributing insights for management decisionmaking., * Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience OR 10+ years of experience w/o degree (prefers with degree)

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS

 * ServiceNow experienced, certified Architect
 * Strong familiarity with ServiceNow Suite (e.g., ITSM, SPM, FSM, ITOM, IRM, EA etc) and platform wide analytics, AI, reporting and Virtual Agent a plus.
 * Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
 * Demonstrable ability to work independently, with a focus on best practice architectural design and analytical problemsolving and critical thinking.
 * Familiarity with system/software engineering lifecycle principles, including requirements analysis, functional and technical solutions development, and application support.
 * Experience working with large datasets, performing data analysis/modeling, and contributing insights for management decisionmaking.
