## Description

* Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
 * Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
 * Work with product managers, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
 * Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and client experience improvements.
 * Support solution design discussions and evaluate impacts across applications, systems, and integrations.
 * Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure solution accuracy.
 * Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
 * Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and implementation challenges and provide mitigation recommendations.
 * Ensure compliance with governance, security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
 * Support production implementation, issue triage, and post-launch validation.

Scrum Master:

 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
 * Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaling standards and best practices
 * Support delivery teams in providing consistent business value and quality outcomes
