## About the Role

beBright is seeking an organized, detail-oriented RCM Implementation Specialist to support revenue cycle implementations, system conversions, and process improvement initiatives., * Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

 * Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or a related field.

 * Experience supporting practice management systems or software implementations preferred.

 * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 * Experience creating documentation, reports, or training materials.

 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools preferred.

## Description

Training and Support

 * Assist with training office and central support teams on new systems, workflows, and revenue cycle processes.

 * Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and documentation.

 * Provide ongoing support to practices during and after implementations.

Software Conversion and Implementation

 * Support practice management system conversions, including system setup, testing, validation, and go-live activities.

 * Assist with data migration, workflow configuration, and issue resolution during implementations.

 * Help standardize implementation processes and documentation across practices.

Analytics and Reporting

 * Prepare and maintain revenue cycle reports and KPI dashboards.

 * Monitor implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.

 * Assist in tracking key metrics such as accounts receivable, collections, denials, and cash flow.

Project Coordination

 * Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communication with internal teams and practice locations.

 * Track implementation milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementation initiatives.
