 * Experience with AD administration
 * Experience with troubleshooting M365 apps: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
 * Experience with supporting Apple products
 * Basic knowledge of networking technologies
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+) are desirable, * AD administration: 2 years (Required)
 * M365 apps: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint : 2 years (Required)
 * IT support: 2 years (Required)
 * Help desk: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * CompTIA Network+ (Required)

## Description

* Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on client computers
 * Assist in installation and configuration of client servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
 * Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems and network infrastructure.
 * Manage and monitor client backups and disaster recovery systems.
 * Participate in project planning and implementation of new client systems and technology solutions.
 * Document and maintain accurate records of client systems and services.
 * Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in IT and apply new knowledge and skills to improve client services.
