We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless IT operations., * Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, and in-person.

 * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software applications, and hardware.
 * Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions provided.
 * Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system performance and user experience.
