This role serves as a liaison between clients, project managers, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working within telecommunications, wireless, fiber, or network infrastructure environments., Project Coordination & Administration * Coordinate all phases of telecom projects from initiation through closeout. * Support Project Managers with scheduling, status reporting, documentation, and resource planning. * Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and budgets. * Maintain project plans, schedules, and records within company systems. * Organize project meetings and document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities. Client & Vendor Communication * Act as a point of contact for customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. * Communicate project updates, risks, and schedule changes to stakeholders. * Coordinate vendor activities and monitor deliverable completion. * Assist with obtaining quotes, purchase orders, and project-related approvals. * Communicate with clients in clear, professional, and courteous manner. Documentation & Compliance * Ensure all project files are accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards. * Support invoicing, billing reconciliation, and reporting activities. Telecom Infrastructure Support * Coordinate activities related to wireless, fiber optic, OSP (Outside Plant), ISP (Inside Plant), data center, and network deployment projects. * Monitor installation, testing, and implementation schedules. * Assist with asset tracking and equipment deployment. * Support project closeout activities, including final documentation and customer acceptance.
