The VP of Engineering partners with product and business leadership to translate business goals into robust, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions. This is a senior engineering leadership role requiring both strategic technical vision and operational rigor. The ideal leader will build and nurture engineering talent, define technical standards, manage the software development lifecycle, and ensure our engineering function acts as a primary driver of growth and product quality.
