This position reports directly to the Project Manager. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm., * Track preventative maintenance activities. * Create work orders and generate reports in Maximo. * Operate a multi-line phone system and assist with administrative matters. * Maintain accurate records and verify statistical reports. * Compile information and handle complaints in a professional manner. * Track, record, and submit invoices. * Interface with corporate support staff. * Customer service * Communicate efficiently and effectively to management, employees, tenants and vendors.
