* 10+ years of software development experience.
 * Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and Microservices.
 * Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
 * Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
 * Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and improving code coverage.
 * Strong understanding of observability tools, logging frameworks, monitoring, and application performance management.
 * Experience supporting vulnerability remediation and secure software development practices.
 * Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
 * Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience within Treasury, Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets domains.
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
 * Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Experience with SonarQube, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
 * Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise risk controls.
