A copy of the certification must be provided upon request. The certification is required and cannot be substituted with the experience. Desirable Experience: * Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a Higher Education environment. * Within the last ten (10) years, have two (2) years of experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and ITIL-based process improvement. * Within the last ten (10) years, have two (2) years of experience with MS Project or ServiceNow for the purposes of Project Management. ## Description * Lead projects through all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC) using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies as appropriate. * Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming while coaching teams on Agile principles. * Lead the development of the IT technology portfolio and manage a cloud infrastructure capacity plan. * Facilitate requirements elicitation and present technical reports/recommendations to executives.
