## Description

Kiel James Patrick is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customization Specialist to join our production team. This position coordinates personalized orders, manages customization workflows, maintains accurate records, and ensures every customized item moves through production efficiently and accurately., * Process and manage personalized jewelry charm customization orders.

 * Maintain accurate records and enter order information into Google Sheets.
 * Organize and track customized orders throughout the production process.
 * Monitor outgoing customization orders to ensure timely completion.
 * Learn and become proficient in all customization design options offered by Kiel James Patrick.
 * File and organize orders by production date and design specifications.
 * Review order details for accuracy before production and shipment.
 * Communicate clearly with team members regarding order status, questions, and priorities.
 * Maintain organized digital and physical records.
 * Assist with additional production and organizational tasks as needed.
