## About the Role

This is a full time, non-exempt position - Monday through Friday, based on 40 hours a week.

This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Marketing, based out of the Pure Real Estate, LLC Kalispell office. This position manages all technology operations and digital initiatives for a 300+ person real estate organization, serving as our Help Desk. This position is customer service based with a knowledge of how software works and being able to teach methods to our agents. This position requires daily use of Office 365, email tenants, and software ticketing systems.

Job Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office 365 and MacIntosh programs, experience and knowledge of email security, interest in all software and teaching it to others, customer service experience, willingness to work independently, proven integrity and trustworthiness, be able to complete requested tasks and projects in a timely fashion in order meet deadlines, be receptive to new ideas, and candid in the sharing of information, and be professional. There are no supervisory responsibilities at this time.

## Description

IT Support & User Experience

· Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for agents and staff

· Improve usability of systems for users with a wide range of technical skill levels

Technology & Systems Leadership

· Oversee all company technology systems, software platforms, and digital operations

· Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including users, email, and security

· Administer email systems, distribution lists, and internal communication workflows

Software & Vendor Management

· Manage all brokerage software tools, including implementation, maintenance, and vendor coordination

 * Office 365 Environment

Web & Digital Presence

· Direct development and ongoing maintenance of company and agent websites
