This role works closely with students, families, tutors, school-day staff, and program leadership to help middle school students build academic skills, confidence, positive relationships, and school success. The ideal candidate is organized, student-centered, and passionate about youth development, equity, and supporting middle school learners., * Coordinate and support tutoring services for up to 60 identified middle school students. * Provide homework help, academic support, and skill-building activities. * Facilitate engaging activities for groups of approximately 10-20 students. * Develop tutoring schedules for students, tutors, volunteers, and staff. * Collaborate with school-day teachers and site leadership to align support with student needs. * Track attendance, student engagement, academic progress, and required program data. * Communicate professionally with families, school staff, tutors, and program leadership. * Recruit, onboard, coach, and support tutors and volunteers. * Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. * Support ASES/21st CCLC compliance, reporting, and Continuous Quality Improvement efforts. * Attend required trainings, meetings, program events, and school-site activities. * Report incidents and safety concerns in a timely manner. * Complete additional duties as assigned ## Related Videos - [Developing the Rich Text Editor for DeepL.com](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1172-developing-the-rich-text-editor-for-deepl-com) - [Hate organising your photos?
