This role is responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and responsive services while supporting customer systems that include Hyper-V virtualization, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, and Zerto for disaster recovery. The position requires strong networking and security expertise, including support of F5 load balancers and Fortinet firewalls, as well as hands-on incident response across Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS. The ideal candidate excels in customer engagement, complex troubleshooting, and proactive problem resolution, ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction while collaborating closely with internal teams. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for supporting school teachers, students, and IT staff by delivering reliable, customer-focused solutions across Microsoft Office 365, Intune, SCCM, and Cloud VDI environments built on Hyper-V and public cloud platforms including AWS and Google Cloud Platform. This role also provides cloud and network infrastructure support, including Google Workspace, disaster recovery solutions such as Zerto, and secure networking technologies utilizing F5 load balancers and Fortinet firewalls. Resourcefulness is essential, as you will be expected to diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently, support platform outages, and communicate clearly and patiently with diverse interdisciplinary teams and end users.
