## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
 * Proficiency in APEX development
 * Solid SOQL skills, including query optimization
 * Confident knowledge of Salesforce navigation, forms, and field-level security
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
 * Must be a U.S. Citizen
 * Must reside in Oklahoma
 * Must be able to work on-site in Oklahoma City 2 days/week
 * 4-6 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on APEX development

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer for a contract engagement supporting a state government IT department. In this role, you'll manage, troubleshoot, and maintain a workforce management solution built on Salesforce. You'll ensure system stability, resolve technical issues, and support critical workforce operations for a state agency., * Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce forms

 * Configure and maintain field-level security and validation rules
 * Perform APEX development for custom functionality and bug fixes
 * Manage user and service account profiles
 * Write and optimize SOQL queries, including complex cross-table queries
 * Provide regular status reporting and collaborate with business stakeholders on requirements
 * Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day platform issues independently
