## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 + 3-7+ years of experience in federal, commercial, or DoD contracting, procurement, or acquisition.
 + Experience supporting IT, telecommunications, cloud, or technology-related procurements.
 + Knowledge of the federal acquisition process and applicable regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS), if supporting government contracts.
 + Experience preparing and reviewing solicitations, statements of work (SOWs), contract modifications, and purchase orders.
 + Ability to evaluate vendor proposals, pricing, technical documentation, and contract compliance.
 + Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
 + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

 + Prior NRO experience
 + Experience procuring enterprise networking, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.
 + Familiarity with networking concepts, including:
o IP Address Management (IPAM)
o DNS/DHCP
o TCP/IP
o Routers, switches, and firewalls
o Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

 + Experience with IT asset management or software licensing.
 + Professional certification such as:
o NCMA Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
o Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM)
o Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
o CompTIA Network+ (helpful but not typically required), + Enterprise networking concepts

 + IPAM solutions (e.g., Infoblox or BlueCat)
 + Cloud infrastructure and telecommunications services
 + Cybersecurity terminology and IT procurement best practices
