Experience in robotics, embedded systems, autonomous systems, industrial automation, IoT, or other complex physical products is highly preferred. * You can quickly understand technical concepts and facilitate productive conversations across diverse engineering disciplines. * You build credibility through technical curiosity, thoughtful communication, and strong execution-not formal authority. * You're highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by solving complex cross-functional challenges. ## Description We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of engineering and execution. You'll lead complex technical programs from concept through delivery, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to ensure we're building the right things-and delivering them with quality, speed, and predictability. This role requires deep expertise in software development programs, combined with a strong systems mindset. While your primary focus will be driving software execution, you'll also coordinate work spanning hardware, firmware, robotics, and manufacturing. You don't need to be an expert in every discipline, but you do need to understand how they come together to build world-class robotic systems. In This Role, You Will * Lead complex technical programs from planning through successful delivery, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and priorities stay aligned. * Drive execution across Software, Robotics, Hardware, Firmware, Product, and Business teams. * Build and maintain integrated program plans that account for cross-functional dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines. * Identify risks early, remove blockers, and proactively drive decisions before they impact delivery. * Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating alignment around priorities, timelines, and trade-offs. * Partner with engineering leaders to balance scope, quality, and delivery schedules in a fast-moving startup environment. * Establish lightweight, scalable program management practices that improve visibility and execution without adding unnecessary processes.
