The successful candidate will oversee and monitor project timelines throughout the project management lifecycle while leading a high-performing team responsible for the OnBase Document Management System. The ECM team supports the existing client base, drives efficiency improvements, provides ongoing support to clients and internal users, and executes new client implementation projects. The SM will ensure alignment of client support requests to business objectives and enforce the Company's IT Change Management policies.
